The National Europass Centre operates within the National Qualifications Agency and supports the promotion and use of the Europass platform for the citizens of Ukraine. One of the Centre's key activities is to ensure that official European documents in the field of qualifications are available in the Ukrainian language.
Decision (EU) 2018/646 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 April 2018 is the key legal act establishing the European Europass framework. The Decision sets out the objectives and functions of the Europass platform, defines the role of National Europass Centres in participating countries, and provides the basis for developing a digital infrastructure for documenting, presenting, and recognising citizens' skills and qualifications across Europe.
