Europass and Euroguidance Ambassadors
The main mission of the ambassadors is to promote the resources of the National Europass and Euroguidance Centres and to support the development of career counsellors’ competences.
Why is cooperation with ambassadors important?
- it promotes the development of career guidance in Ukraine;
- it spreads up-to-date knowledge about the labour market and priority economic sectors;
- it helps professionals update their competencies through modern digital tools and methodologies;
- it supports sustainable career development and provides additional opportunities for individuals from diverse target groups.
The ambassadors will contribute to the development and promotion of the services provided by the National Centres, while supporting the implementation of strategic objectives in the areas of career guidance, human capital development, and the improvement of career counselling quality in Ukraine.
The ambassadors include experts with experience in career counselling, career guidance, and human capital development. They are well-versed in the labour market and priority economic sectors, work with diverse target groups, and actively utilise digital tools in their professional activities.
