NATIONAL EUROGUIDANCE CENTRE
Euroguidance is an initiative of the European Commission, a European network of national resource and information centres for career guidance.
The National Euroguidance Centre in Ukraine is part of a network that brings together 38 countries.
Goal of the Centre in Ukraine
To develop a lifelong career guidance system through the lens of European experience by disseminating information and promoting communication on European career guidance standards, providing methodological support to practising professionals, and contributing to the development of national policy in this field.

Official Recognition in the EU
Euroguidance is mentioned in the Council Resolution of 21 November 2008 by the representatives of the governments of the Member States on better integrating lifelong guidance into lifelong learning strategies.
This document officially recognises the Euroguidance network as a European resource supporting career guidance and mobility.
Its main task is to promote the integration of career guidance at all stages of lifelong learning through policy coordination, service accessibility, and the development of professional competencies.
Since July 2024, the Euroguidance has been operating under the National Qualifications Agency within the NC4UA project and is funded by the European Union.
Target Groups of Euroguidance:
- Career guidance professionals in schools, higher education institutions, vocational and professional education institutions, and career centres;
- Experts and practitioners in career counselling;
- Students and graduates;
- The general public.
What We Do:
- Collaborate at national and international levels with stakeholders, EU information networks, and Euroguidance centres in other countries to ensure the exchange of information in career guidance and counselling;
- Support the development of practitioners’ competencies in career guidance and enhance their knowledge of modern approaches and events in the field
- Provide high-quality advice and information support in Ukraine regarding educational and career opportunities in EU countries;
- Organize events for experience-sharing and raising awareness in the areas of career guidance, mobility, and qualifications;
- Foster an expert community in the field of career counselling;
- Launch regional Euroguidance centres in Ukraine.
The National Euroguidance Centre acts as a bridge between European experience and Ukrainian realities.
The main task of the centre is to ensure that everyone in Ukraine has access to quality career guidance support.
