Academia! — this is a unique opportunity for career guidance and counselling specialists to participate in 3–4-day training visits to European countries, which will take place from March to May 2026..
During the training visit, participants will learn about the education and career guidance system of the respective country, discover the tools and methods used by career counsellors, and visit various organisations actively working in the fields of employment, general secondary education, vocational and adult education, including postgraduate education.
🎯 Programme goal:
- to establish a network of European specialists in lifelong career counselling;
- to exchange best practices;
- to develop professional competencies.
✅ Key requirements and responsibilities of participants:
- At least two years of experience in career counselling and/or career guidance;
- Proficiency in English or another language of the programme;
- Presentation of the national career guidance system, as well as personal practices and tools;
- Active participation in discussions;
- Sharing the knowledge gained with colleagues after the visit.

Additionally, it is required to submit a certificate in Ukrainian in any format regarding practical work experience in the field of career guidance and/or career counselling (a brief description of activities, number of years of experience, and an approximate number of people consulted in the last calendar year).
Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.
