On November 11, 2025, an important event — “Career Talks with Europass & Euroguidance” dedicated to Global Careers Month in Ukraine — took place at Osvitoria Hub in Kyiv.
The aim of the event was to create a platform for discussing the challenges faced by career counsellors — from tools to outcomes — as well as to familiarise participants with the opportunities offered by the national Europass and Euroguidance centres, modern European approaches, digital tools, and resources for supporting career guidance in Ukraine.
The event was officially opened by Yurii Balaniuk, Head of the National Qualifications Agency.
Representatives of the national Europass and Euroguidance centres — Yana Bobyrets and Marharyta Polishchuk — presented European initiatives and practical tools for career counsellors.
A panel discussion entitled "Challenges in the Work of Career Counsellors: From Tools to Outcomes" took place, bringing together professionals in the field of career guidance and career counselling.
The event also featured an award ceremony honouring the 2025 Ambassadors of Europass and Euroguidance.
Certificates were presented to four Ambassadors who will actively promote the activities of the national centres in Ukraine throughout the year by Vasyl Fediuk, a member of the National Qualifications Agency of Ukraine.
A special highlight of the event was the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Europass — an initiative that has been helping millions of people across Europe develop their careers and learning opportunities for two decades.
The event brought together professionals in the field of career guidance and counselling, who work collaboratively to shape a modern culture of career development in Ukraine.
