Kyiv, Ukraine Kyiv, Ukraine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n On November 11, 2025, an important event \u2014 \u201cCareer Talks with Europass & Euroguidance\u201d dedicated to Global Careers Month in Ukraine \u2014 took place at Osvitoria Hub in Kyiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The aim of the event was to create a platform for discussing the challenges faced by career counsellors \u2014 from tools to outcomes \u2014 as well as to familiarise participants with the opportunities offered by the national Europass and Euroguidance centres, modern European approaches, digital tools, and resources for supporting career guidance in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The event was officially opened by Yurii Balaniuk, Head of the National Qualifications Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a0Representatives of the national Europass and Euroguidance centres \u2014 Yana Bobyrets and Marharyta Polishchuk \u2014 presented European initiatives and practical tools for career counsellors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A panel discussion entitled \"Challenges in the Work of Career Counsellors: From Tools to Outcomes\" took place, bringing together professionals in the field of career guidance and career counselling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The event also featured an award ceremony honouring the 2025 Ambassadors of Europass and Euroguidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Certificates were presented to four Ambassadors who will actively promote the activities of the national centres in Ukraine throughout the year by Vasyl Fediuk, a member of the National Qualifications Agency of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A special highlight of the event was the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Europass \u2014 an initiative that has been helping millions of people across Europe develop their careers and learning opportunities for two decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The event
